In 2012, as our first property was coming online, we set out to hire a property manager to manage our new asset. Several failed interviews later, we realized no one would care for our properties better than we would. So, we learned property management from the ground up, and spent the better part of a decade perfecting our processes.
Today, Eagle View Properties manages a wide portfolio of assets, including residential, commercial and industrial properties and associations. We’ve led owners and association boards through critical capital projects, natural disasters and tough financial times.
